Your products are absolutely FANTASTIC. I stopped using Mukti as your products are much better for my skin. My husband absolutely loves them he has very coarse facial hair and shaving leaves his skin irritated and dry. We both use the Purify Facial Cleanser & the Boost Balancing Moisturiser. (he uses the Exfoliating Facial Cream, I think he needs the extra moisture) I have recently added to my Botáni collection and purchased the Soothing Facial Mist spray & Olive Repair cream. These products are also fantastic. Stress is a big factor in today's world. The way we deal with it is as individual as we are. We need a certain amount of stress to function, but when it reaches extremes and we can no longer deal with it, it becomes a problem. Not dealing with our stress levels can lead to many symptoms and diseases, including trigger skin problems.

Stress doesn't cause skin conditions, but if you are prone to conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis or other skin conditions, you are probably already aware that when the stress is up, so is the condition. Using essential oils in an oil vapiouriser, releases a pleasant aroma into you environment, as well as having a therapeutic effect. Oils such as Lavender, Basil or Petitgrain are stress relieves.
