I came across your products in a local chemist and bought the Eco
Clear Body Bar I am so amazed by the results I have suffered body
acne all my life especially on my chest and due to the use of Clearasil
products my skin had been destroyed with no effect on the acne,

Your products are absolutely FANTASTIC. I stopped using Mukti as
your products are much better for my skin. My husband absolutely
loves them he has very coarse facial hair and shaving leaves his
skin irritated and dry. We both use the Purify Facial Cleanser &
the Boost Balancing Moisturiser. (he uses the Exfoliating Facial
Cream, I think he needs the extra moisture) I have recently added
to my Botáni collection and purchased the Soothing Facial
Mist spray & Olive Repair cream. These products are also fantastic.
My 30th Birthday is on Sunday and my husband (after a VERY subtle
hint from me) is going to get me the new Rescue Eye Treatment &
the Olive Soothing Cleanser so I can use it to remove my makeup.

de-stress your way to healthy skin.
Stress is a big factor in today's world. The way we deal with
it is as individual as we are. We need a certain amount of stress
to function, but when it reaches extremes and we can no longer
deal with it, it becomes a problem. Not dealing with our stress
levels can lead to many symptoms and diseases, including trigger
skin problems.
Stress doesn't cause skin conditions, but if you are prone to
conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis or other skin conditions,
you are probably already aware that when the stress is up, so
is the condition. So, it is important to learn how to better manage
the stress in your life, to help reduce the flare ups of these
conditions.
Stress places
greater demands on the body's nutritional status than normal.
Often when we find ourselves in these situations, planning and
preparing meals takes a great dive in priority. However, this
is when good nutrition is most important. Choosing healthy snacks
such as fruit over junkie and fast foods is a start. It is important
to drink plenty of water and replace tea and coffee with other
more gentle alternatives such as herbal teas. Try to make eating
meals as relaxing as possible. Turn off the TV, put on some relaxing
music and enjoy your food and your family.

Using essential
oils in an oil vapiouriser, releases a pleasant aroma into you
environment, as well as having a therapeutic effect. Oils such
as Lavender, Basil or Petitgrain are stress relieves. Relax your
stress away in a warm bath with a few drops of essential oil (mix
a few drops in a little milk to help it disperse in the water).

Spending time meditating, just getting in touch with yourself,
