Ok confession time – have you ever turned to Google for skin tips on how to self diagnose a skin concern? I think majority of us are guilty of this and I for one am no exception. It can still be tricky though to find all the answers and skin care tips and know if you’ve found the right “diagnosis” to what is going on with your skin. Alcohol, Coffee and Tea all have high acidity, meaning that they can promote the “flare-ups” that are commonly experienced with Rosacea.
