Rewards Terms & Conditions
- The Botáni Rewards Program is open to Australian and International customers.
- All new accounts will be gifted 50 ($5) bonus reward points.
- Points are applied to product purchases once the transaction has been successfully marked as complete. You will receive an automated email informing you that your order has been completed, once you receive the completed order email your points will then be automatically applied to your account, providing you were logged into your account prior to checking out. - Only purchases made after you have signed up to the Botáni Rewards Program on www.botani.com.au will you begin to earn reward points.
- The member who is paying for the product(s) is eligible to receive Botàni Reward Points.
- Purchases made via other retail outlets or online stores are not eligible to earn Botàni Reward Points.
- Botàni Reward Points are exclusive to www.botani.com.au.
- All product reviews must be pre-approved by Botáni Australia before points will be allocated to your account. This may take up to 3-4 working days for the points to appear against your account. This includes any purchases that were made prior to signing up to the Botàni Tribe Rewards Program.
- If you have purchased a gift pack you can only receive points for reviewing the pack, not the individual items within the gift pack.
- Botàni Australia reserves the right to decline any product reviews that are deemed to be; offensive, not suitable, spam or not relevant. It is at Botàni Australia’s discretion to determine which reviews are deemed to be unsuitable and not fit to be published. If your review is not published then you will not be rewarded any Botàni Reward Points and your review will not be used.
Redemption of points
- Points are non-transferable, and cannot be shared or combined.
- Points do not have a monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credits or refunds.
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, sale items or coupons.
- Points can only be redeemed in the Shopping Cart page, points cannot be redeemed at the Checkout.
- You can redeem your points by simply adding the number of points you wish to apply against your order in the ‘Redeem your Reward Points’ . You need to enter the number of points in the ‘Redeem your Reward Points’ field, not the value ($) of points. Example: apply 50 points, not $5.
- You must be signed into your account to be able to earn points and redeem reward points.
- If you apply a coupon code and reward points in the same order they will cancel each other out; you can only apply one discount option per transaction.
Managing your account
- You can view your account at any time by logging in via the ‘my account link’ located in the ‘main menu’ at the top right-hand corner of the home-page. In this section ‘the dashboard’ you can see your points, send referral links and update your personal account details.
Cancelling your account
- You can cancel your Botáni Rewards membership at any time. You can do this by logging into your account and selecting the box ‘Unsubscribe Here To Stop Receiving Reward Points Emails’.
- When you cancel your Botáni Rewards Program membership you can no longer claim points for your purchases or redeem points that you have earned.
- All existing points on your account will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated if you choose to sign-up to the Botáni Rewards Program at a later date.
Returns & shipping
- Any product returns will result in the reversal of points that were earned on that purchase.
- Once you have claimed a reward with your points, the points will be deducted from your account.
- Products or gift vouchers redeemed as part of the rewards program cannot be refunded or exchanged for other products.
- Any amounts paid for shipping will not be counted towards the earning of reward points.
Expiry of points
- Points will remain valid for up to 12 months (365 days).
- You will be sent a reminder email prior to your points expiring.
- After 12 months (365 days), your points will be removed from your account; in no circumstances will points be rolled over beyond this term.
Promotional reward points
- Botani may offer customers the opportunity to earn bonus reward points from time-to-time during promotional incentive periods. Customers who have subscribed to our e-newsletter will be notified via electronic email and the terms & conditions will be outlined in the footer of the email. Once the bonus promotional offer is over the Botani reward system will return back to normal.
Breach of terms & conditions
- If we suspect you have failed to follow the terms and conditions, your rewards membership will be cancelled and all points, credits, vouchers, coupons and gift cards will be revoked.
- If Botàni Australia believes there has been fraudulent behavior, we have the right to take legal action and revoke your membership without prior notice.
- Any changes and updates to the Botàni Rewards Program can be made at the discretion of Botáni Australia at any time and without prior notice.
Use of personal data
- All personal information that is provided to Botáni Australia will only be used for the smooth processing of your Botáni Rewards points, and will only be used for Botáni Australia’s own advertising promotions. We strictly adhere to the data protection regulations.
If you forgot to sign in to your account after completing your purchase and your rewards points didn’t apply to your account please have your order number and email address handy so our customer care team can apply your missing reward points to your account manually.

Please note: Our customer service/IT team cannot reset your password. You can simply reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot my password,’ link. This will trigger an email confirmation with a link prompting you to create a new password.
