Acai Berry Bowl
Super easy to make. Combine the following ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours:
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- pure vanilla extract – to taste
